The growing instances of DP cases in the circle are well known to each and every shareholders of the circle. The fact that the increasing DP cases at the circle in not a good sight for anyone, especially to this mighty and vibrant association, which considers the welfare of its members as its foremost & important assignment. As our Bank is now investing more to train the human resources handling the Disciplinary proceedings, our vibrant General Secretary, Shri. Senthil Ramesh idealise to revamp the DP handling process in the Association to meet the challenges and demands of the changing landscape. His initiative include periodic training to the young office bearers to handle the DP cases in an empathetic & professional manner.

Our Defence wing aspires to conduct regular and period training to all the officers. The Core Team, identified for the purpose, comprising experienced office bearers across the circle will coordinate the efforts. It consolidates the learning / action points arrived at to address the lapses / irregularities pointed out from various chargesheets and shall publish it through E-bulletin. All instances of near miss events shall be circulated by the team in brief to the members on a fortnightly / monthly basis. The Core Team of the SBIOA DEFENCE WING shall comprise of 9 members (3 from Circle, 1 DRS from each modules).
